1. Print out the application form
2. Fill in ALL relevant details applying to you
3. Read and Sign the Privacy Acknowledgement (Page 2)
4. Gather ALL relevant documentation to attach with your application (NOTE: this must be supplied or your application will not be processed)
5. Email (rentals@hamiltonandco.com.au) or fax (9427 6764) your application

If you have seen a property at a Saturday open home, the deadline for your application to be in the office is 10am the next business day (being Monday, or a Tuesday if it's a long weekend). Any applications received after this time may not be processed.

NOTE: It is YOUR responsibility to supply us with the relevant information and documentation, therefore your application may NOT be processed if you have not signed the Privacy Acknowledgement (Page 2) AND/OR you have not supplied the relevant supporting documents. If you want us to photocopy any documents for you they will be at $0.20 per copy.
